         Term & Conditions:

- Welcome drink upon arrival, Cold Towel on arrival date.  - Daily breakfast for 2 persons is included.

- Rates are per room, quoted in Thai Baht and inclusive of service charge and Government VAT.

- Baby Cot is free of charge.   - Breakfast (1 pax) included in the extra-bed charge.

- The hotel booking in Phuket Island can be arranged upon request.

- In case of pick up transfer required, the contact person and flight details need to be informed.

- Charges for extra beds, meals or transfers are not included in rate calculations. Any charges incurred
  for these are payable on checkout.

- Overnight stays in Phuket before traveling to Racha Yai, or extra nights in Phuket can be arranged.

Early check-out policy : For guest(s) check out earlier from original booking, Resort reserves the
right to charge for actual total nights stay reserved without valid reasons.

No-show policy : In the event of no-show, the resort reserves the right to charge a free equal 100%           for the entire value of the bookings.
