- Full pre-payment is required at the time of reservation is
confirmed.
- Booking guarantee deposit "Non-refundable" for the period
the 1st November - 30th April or any special promotions on the hotel's website.
- Notification of cancellations/amendments can be accepted
via fax or E-mail to: banraya_reservation@hotmail.com
- Hotel Voucher will be sent you within 2 days after your
full payment. Please print out and show it with valid passport or ID card upon check-in at the hotel.
- Any amendment requested 15 days or less before arrival
date,one room night for each room(s) will be charged.The rest will be refunded to your credit card with deduct
10% administration fee and 4% bank fee.
- Any cancellation or amendment during Peak Season (22 Dec -
10 Jan) 100% charge from the total booking.
- Any cancellation requested 15 days or less before arrival
date, full pre-payment will be non-refundable.
- In the event of failure to give the required notice for
cancellation and reduction in accommodation numbers, the resort reserves the right to charge a fee equal as same as No Show Policy.
